Research

My research focuses on the use of different mathematical techniques, including both continuous differential equation based models and more discrete machine learning techniques, to explore biological systems, including those involved in the development of circadian rhythms and post traumatic stress disorder.  Through these techniques, my work aims to analyze the differences in behavior of normal and disordered biological systems in order to better understand the development of these disorders.
